In-Sight Micro has built a perfect vision system in a noticeably small-sized remote camera head of 30 mm x 30 mm x 60 mm. With the micro-size and unique non-linear adjusting tool, which can be attached at up to 45 degrees, the In-Sight Micro is suitable for places that are very narrow or where robots are not able to reach in the machinery.

In-Sight Micro has a built-in Cognext vision tool library which has been proven in its functionality for handling various vision applications in a wide range of industries. With EasyBuilder®, any beginner without software-based knowledge or experience can utilize the enhanced vision tool easily.

No PC is required as a unique VisionView® administrator interface panel will handle the monitor producing process more easily and simpler than ever. VisionView automatically detects all Cognex vision systems on the network and presents a maximum of 9 vision systems in tile view at the same time.

Innovation has been brought to colors. 2 new color tools and 3 new models comprising the In-Sight Micro product group have established new standards in the performance of the all-in-one color vision system. From food handling, packaging consumer products, or inspecting pharmaceuticals to assembling cars, In-Sight Micro can be used to present a high-performance application including color aligning, identifying color-based products, certifying assemblies, or monitoring sensitive color tones.
